Sean Broderick

As Director of Business Development, West Region, Sean is responsible for business development, expansion and implementation of the CNX broadband program for its clients and customers within the region. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with over 25 years of commercial real estate (CRE) experience, he has provided his clients with successful direction in business development, strategic marketing, organizational leadership, project management, and competitive asset positioning in various disciplines. Sean has also developed strategic wireless and CRE facilities throughout California and Nevada for private investors and public clients, being fully responsible for site selection, business development, technical application, financial budgeting, customer service, and asset management from design to completion.

Pursuant to his experience as a CRE and wireless asset manager, many clients have utilized his knowledge with complex legal and distressed “work out” situations to formulate a “win-win” solution from notice to equitable exit. He is a graduate of Rice University in Houston, TX with a B.A. in mathematical economics and a minor in art history and managerial studies, as well as a recipient of the GTE All-Academic Team. After graduation, he spent two years in the New York Yankees minor league farm system and currently lives in Lodi, CA with his wife and their two children.
