Tracie Rotermann

As Assistant to the CEO, Tracie provides fundamental support to the team by assisting the CEO, Board of Directors, and other team members, as necessary. In addition, she manages all CNX Human Resources functions and corporate facility needs.

Tracie has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources Arena in for-profit, non-profit and higher-ed institutions.  Prior to joining CNX, she served as Leader, Talent Management & Operations for Western Kentucky University (WKU) where she was responsible for the recruitment and data management functions of the University.  Before joining the WKU staff, Tracie was a team member of Connected Nation where she served as Human Resources Manager, Communications Manager and Project Manager for the No Child Left Offline program.

Prior to joining Connected Nation, Tracie served as Senior Training and Communication Specialist for Sumitomo Electrical Wiring Systems’ (SEWS) North American Corporate Office based in Bowling Green, Kentucky. At SEWS, Tracie coordinated internal and external training sessions, developed corporate communications, and served as corporate liaison for the Canadian facility. Formerly, Tracie served as Communications Director for the Inter-Modal Transportation Authority (ITA), a nonprofit agency of Warren County government created to promote, design, develop, build, and manage the Kentucky Transpark, a regional economic development initiative.

Tracie is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and her Master’s Degree in Communication both from Western Kentucky University.
